*Sale or transfer of invitation to others is strictly forbidden.


Product & Pricing

*All prices will be displayed in Hong Kong Dollar (HK$) regardless of the region users are shopping from.

*Purchases are for personal use only - purchases on behalf of others are strictly forbidden.

*Reselling of product(s) purchased from the sale with or without profit/ commission to other parties either personally, or via second-hand store/ online community marketplace is strictly prohibited. Any misconduct would lead to disciplinary actions from Gucci Group (Hong Kong) Limited and Gucci Macau Limited.

*No communications of employee sale information or purchases are allowed on social media platforms. 

*Any disclosure of the event on social media or any third-party platforms will be exempt from all future OnTheList events. Gucci Group (Hong Kong) Limited and Gucci Macau Limited shall take investigation and subject to disciplinary action if breach of compliance observed.

*Exchange, return, refund, after-sale services, and alterations on items purchased will NOT be accepted.

*Product images are for reference only. Products may be different from the images, and products may come with minor imperfections that are not regarded as defects, and exchange or refund is NOT allowed.

*The brand label on merchandise will be marked.

*All items are first come first served. Items cannot be placed on hold or under reservation.

*Final prices are determined at check out.

*Prices may be adjusted at any point during the sale period. Adjustments do not apply to purchases already processed and cannot be the base for any claim.

*No points will be accumulated for this exclusive event.

*No vouchers will be accepted for this event. No additional discount is given to the net price per item. Employee discount is also not applicable.

Quota *Purchase quota: Maximum 3 pieces of Handbag, 3 pieces of Men’s bag + Travel, 5 pieces of Small Leather Good, 4 pieces of Belt, 7 pieces of Silk & Soft Accessory, 12 pairs of Shoes, 6 pieces of RTW, 2 pieces of Watch, 2 pairs of Sunglasses, 5 pieces of Silver/ Fashion Jewelry, 3 pieces of Fine Jewelry, 10 pieces of Décor, 10 pieces of Gifts & Lifestyle, 10 pieces of Kids, and 15 pieces of Beauty. No limitations for other categories.

*Maximum of 3 pieces of identical SKU can be purchased.

*Purchase quota will be counted separately in online and offline sale, yet the same quota applied.


Payment

*Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex); must be under the employee’s name

*Payment in HK Dollars only


Delivery

*Gucci office or store address will not be accepted as a delivery address and OnTheList will have the right to ask for an alternate residential address.

*Delivery to address of choice within Hong Kong (excluding outlying islands) and Macau.

*Hong Kong: Free Delivery on all orders over HKD$500. HKD$40 delivery charge under HKD$500.

*Macau: Free Delivery on all orders over HKD$500. HKD$60 delivery charge under HKD$500.

*Orders delivered to Macau over HKD$5,000 will incur import duties which will be applied at checkout as follow:

-HK$200 per order between HK$5,000 and HK$20,000

-HK$350 per order between HK$20,001 and HK$50,000

-HK$500 per order between HK$50,001 and HK$100,000


Rights on disputes 

*OnTheList Limited may in its absolute discretion, restrict or stop the sale of products and the quantity or purchase (notwithstanding the quota at any time during this sales event).

*Gucci Group (Hong Kong) Limited, Gucci Macau Limited & OnTheList Limited reserve the right of final decision in case of disputes.
